Shipping & Returns
If a package is returned by the customer, they may receive full refund not including shipping costs. If the package was returned by the postoffice the buyer may receive a new product but they will have to cover shipping costs.
Any products damaged during shipping may be returned and Raw Tapes will send a new copy of the record to the customer.
